I'm listening to a lot of people freaking out about the housing market possibly crashing. A lot of these people are smart people too, but the fear is based on a lack of data and knowledge. We're definitely seeing a lot more of the media turn around and say that there will not be a crash. They are finally jumping on board and saying that there will only be a slight downturn in the housing market. Although interest rates have gone up it hasn't hurt the home prices.
