The Great housing market Reset | The falling home prices
Let's call this The Great Reset. As we get a clearer picture of what's happening with the economy and with the real estate market we can see that the housing market is coming to a slowdown. There is no crash on site yet, but what happens in the coming months is crucial as to where we end up.
The Fed made it clear that they have no clue what's happening next, but they did give us an indication that home prices can still go up and also that they want interest rates to come down in the future.
