Peace Alphas. Today we discussed something that has been coming up in my life a lot these past couple months. That's becoming uncomfortable. I've been thinking deeply about the power in being uncomfortable and I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys. The power in becoming uncomfortable plays a major part in our journey of growth. When we are uncomfortable we put ourselves in places or positions that we are not use to. This gives us the ability to experience new things outside of what we know. It aligns with being able to create your own opportunities and not chase your opportunities and it's a big difference between the two that we might not fully understand. Creating the opportunity that you are looking for gives you a better outcome with manifestation then trying to chase the things we want. If we steady try to chase the opportunities that we are looking for we will be running forever to the point where we won't run no more. So i wanted to go over how we can create opportunities within our own life and not sit and wait around for a "blessing". It's something that I myself have dealt with for a long time and I know you have too. So I hope you enjoyed the wisdom that was shared and stay tune for next weeks episode on all platforms! Peace Alpha Family. This is a new segment to The Alpha Mentality podcast that I'm bringing you guys twice a week. Deep Thoughts, Deep Talks is a segment were we go into depth about topics dealing with ourselves or the world around us that many of us are uncomfortable speaking on. With this segment I want us to reach new levels of thinking, different perspectives, and untimely benefiting us in ways we can't imagine. Today we discussed the importance of not understanding what negativity is! This is a different way of thinking that can change our lives completely for the better. Once we understand that negativity only exist if we allow it, then we can go about living a certain lifestyle that doesn't require the normal negative aspects to it. It all starts with the mind so lets reconstruct our mind to think differently and only beneficial so that way that's the only thing we can attract because its the only thing we understand. We go over how we can easily be influenced unconsciously and we can also influence others unconsciously. We really want to make sure that we influence people by being our natural selves. That is what people resonate with the most. It's an important factor in becoming the best version of yourself because rather you influence one person or 300,000 people it all matters about what you do and how you do it. Wassup Alpha Family. We dived into number 4 of the Key Factors to developing an Alpha State of Mind and Soul. Having patience. We live in such a rushed time clock on a daily basis so our dopamine levels require us to want things quick and NOW but if we don't get it quick enough then the world is falling apart. Let go of that rush, that quickness. Sometimes we need to slow down look around and really take in what's around you and how blessed you are for just being alive. This is how people get depressed, we get attached to things to quick to the point where we see no life without it. So today we talked about the importance of having patience and keeping a calm and steady mind. It's Important and as an Alpha Its something we need to work on everyday. We are thankful for all of y'all who are listening to us but more importantly we are thankful y'all are alive. Lets remember everyday you wake up is your best gift in life. Wassup Alpha Family! Today we went over having a fearful mind. Something we all go through or have experienced is being fearful. Today we wanted to go over the process of taking that fear and overcoming it. When we have a fearful mind we don't have any control, and that's definitely not what us Alphas want. As an Alpha we have to ALWAYS be fearless, and we have to always have CONTROL. Overcoming your fears and becoming the best Alpha you can be is a process and not a short one. But Its a process we are all going to have to go through. We did this podcast to give examples and ways that we overcame our fearful mind to change our life.
