Peace Alpha Family. This is a new segment to  The Alpha Mentality podcast that I'm bringing you guys twice a week. Deep Thoughts, Deep Talks is a segment were we go into depth about topics dealing with ourselves or the world around us that many of us are uncomfortable speaking on. With this segment I want us to reach new levels of thinking, different perspectives, and untimely benefiting us in ways we can't imagine. Today we discussed the importance of not understanding what negativity is! This is a different way of thinking that can change our lives completely for the better. Once we understand that negativity only exist if we allow it, then we can go about living a certain lifestyle that doesn't require the normal negative aspects to it. It all starts with the mind so lets reconstruct our mind to think differently and only beneficial so that way that's the only thing we can attract because its the only thing we understand.
