Healthy Recipes and Best Nutrition Advice from Wellness Expert Sarah Wragge
Katie chats with Sarah Wragge, founder of Sarah Wragge Wellness, about her lifelong love of food (she’s mayo obsessed!), and how it led to a whole new way of eating. Sarah healed herself through nourishing, gut-friendly meals, and her recovery later turned into her career of becoming a nutrition expert. Now, Sarah helps others fall back in love with food with her simple, delicious recipes (don’t miss her tuna salad deviled eggs) and everyday wellness tips, like how she carries a bag of rotisserie chicken in her purse.
