The Practice of Food Combining and Best Vegan Queso with Nicole Berrie
Katie sits down with her longtime friend Nicole Berrie, the wellness guru behind @bonberi and founder of the wellness market Bonberi Mart in the West Village. Nicole talks about her pioneering approach to nutrition using the method of food combining and how it’s transformed the way she eats and feels.
