Fenella has been MD at Porter Novelli, the communications company built on purpose to do business better. In 2020 and 2021, Fenella stepped out of the business to focus on marrying her personal and professional purpose.

After a couple of years of entering politics, education and campaigning, as well as continuing to support business, particularly female entrepreneurs, Fen came to her epiphany - comms is the superpower to growth and positive change in the world.  She re-defined her EMEA hub leadership role and stepped right back into the agency using its power and influence to change the world for the better - for her employees, clients, community and environment.

This year, Fen’s leadership journey ‘In Pursuit of Purpose’ is being taught as a case study at Omnicom University’s Senior Management Programme by Harvard Business School professor, Nancy Koehn.
