Allow your breath to center you as the two powerful words, "I am," gently guide you into the present moment. As a fun exercise, try to see if you can keep yourself from following your thoughts between each "I am."
Positive affirmations can radically change lives if they are used consistently. The intention behind today's episode is to provide you with multiple affirmations to remind you of your inner greatness. If any of them resonate with you, I invite you to write them down and repeat them 3-5 times a day for at least a week to help internalize the power of those words. Namaste!
