While reading Kakuzo Okakura's The Book of Tea, one learns how the philosophy of Chinese Taoism permeated through aesthetics into the tea-ceremonies and how that gave rise to the practice of Zen. It's quite an experience to understand these old philosophical schools, their origins and practice. Let's do that with the help of Okakura's book.
