Brody and I discussed it before and it actually made me think about it further. As we discussed over the definition of happiness, some things I wasn’t sure of have become clear. Since the topic is a bit too serious, it might be hard for you to listen to this till the end, but I hope it will encourage you to think about "what makes YOU happy". It’s not what others or society defines, but "the happiness which YOU define on your own".

🧸今日はディズニーランドについて。人生で4回くらいしかTDR(東京ディズニーリゾート)へ行ったことないミナに対し、LAが地元のブロにとって、ディズニーランドに行くのは食料品へ買い出しに行く程度のノリだったらしい。羨ましい🔥 カリフォルニアのオリジナルディズニーとDisney California Adventure(カリフォルニアディズニーのエリア名)の話、東京ディズニーランド・シーとの違いなど。 お気に入りのアトラクション、逆に微妙…と思うアトラクション、レストランやフードの話、ファストパスとか予約システムって難しくない！？と主張するミナ vs 常識と吐き捨てるブロ。 ディズニーファンの方へ👏🏻✨ 基本的にミナは浅い知識で思い出だけを頼りに語っていますのでテキトーなこと言ってます。 🧸🗣 The topic for today is Disneyland. Mina has been to Tokyo Disney Resort about four times so far, thinking of it as quite a trip especially because she was born and raised in Kansai, so she had to go all the way to Tokyo to have fun at TDR. (TDR is geographically located in Chiba prefecture.) On the other hand for Brody, Disneyland is more accessible and nostalgic. He had been to Disneyland multiple times when he was living in LA. We'll talk about some memories of the Disneyland parks and some of our favorite aspects of each, including some differences between Japan and America! We'll also discuss some of our favorite things about the park as well as some recommendations!

💭歳を重ねれば重ねるほど交友関係が狭まっていくと考えるミナ。人間断捨離が嫌でも必要になってきてしまう。それに対して、いくつになっても友だちはできると考えるBrody。 同級生や幼馴染でも、環境や価値観の変化などで徐々に疎遠になっていく…。 そんな経験は誰にでもあるはず🧐 出会いがあれば別れもある。コロナ禍という未曾有な卒業シーズンの今、人との距離に悩む。 Brodyが話題にしたダンバー数、面白い理論だね👏🏻 🗣Do you think friendships will never end? There’s no right answer for it. Sometimes you outgrow a friendship as the environment changes, but people come and go through your life that’s pretty common. Mina believes that the more she gets older, the more she feels like making friends gets difficult, meanwhile Brody says aging has nothing to do with making new friends. He also brought up a study called "Dunbar’s number" done by Robin Ian MacDonald Dunbar.

🌸第2回目のエピソードでは、エクササイズについておしゃべり。お家時間が増えがちなご時世ですが、その中で運動をどのように生活に取り入れるか。ジム派？自己流？お家で？ 前半はお互いの運動習慣について。🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨 後半は健康と運動の関係性、ダイエット、ExerciseとWorkoutの違い。 ジムなどでたまに見かける自撮りして帰って行く人なんなん問題。🤔 運動する時、周りに人が居ると恥ずかしくない？の問題など。 Our time at home has increased recently, But how are people staying healthy? "Conbini" is a short term for a convenience store which is commonly used by Japanese. Firstly, we discuss the most popular "conbinis" in Japan and what are the differences in convenience stores between the US and Japan. Subsequently, what type of people tend to go, when to go and our favorites and recommended items will be revealed. ✅ Also, regarding the odd marketing system attached to a cash register where Mina had to type in based on customers' genders and ages, these have been gradually removed since 2018.
