🤭 今日はちょっと真面目な話…。幸せの定義ってなんだろう？について。ブロと以前会話の中で、幸せの基準や定義について話したのですが、そこから考えるきっかけをもらいました。答えはきっとありませんが、このエピソードで意見交換をしてゆくうちに見えてくるものがありました。ちょっと真面目過ぎて面白くないかもしれないですが、聴いてくれた人も「自分にとっての幸せとはなんだろう？」と考えるきっかけになってもらえると嬉しいです❤️社会や他人が定義する「幸福」ではなく、「自分が定義する幸せ」を…😚 ミナが読んだ本は📕 「Beyond the Tiger Mom: East-West Parenting for the Global Age」でした。 エピソード内でテキトーなタイトル言ってごめんね（笑） 🌈 The topic for today is the definition of happiness. Brody and I discussed it before and it actually made me think about it further. As we discussed over the definition of happiness, some things I wasn’t sure of have become clear. Since the topic is a bit too serious, it might be hard for you to listen to this till the end, but I hope it will encourage you to think about "what makes YOU happy". It’s not what others or society defines, but "the happiness which YOU define on your own".
