C’est l’onde, le cercle, le cycle. C’est aussi le choc, la surface d’influence de plus en plus vaste, la réaction en chaîne, le un dans le tout, la résonance.
L’encyclie est alors métaphoriquement liée à la notion même de musique.
Ce projet est une approche sensible et subjective de la musique. Suivant la définition précédente, chaque encyclie – chaque cycle – se décomposera en 4 parties, répétant toujours le schéma narratif suivant :
1 sur 4 – Le corps, l’événement : un film, documentaire, livre, concert sur un artiste ou un courant musical
2 sur 4 – Premier cercle, l’avant : quelles en sont les influences ?
3 sur 4 – Second cercle, l’après : quelles en sont les résonances ?
4 sur 4 – Troisième cercle, le presque inénarrable : le morceau qu’il faut chérir et retenir.
