Flight or fight
So recently I had met with an accident. I was going in my bike and a car came in the wrong way and hit me. I have few fractured toes but that’s not the point. The point is I was completely aware of why was happening, being hit flying off and everything. My body was in a state of fight or flight mode because of shock. My body rapidly sent signals to make sure I survived and that’s the learning here. No matter how depressed you are or even when you are about to die, every single cell in your body fights to live for a chance to be alright and that’s what we need to focus on. We will have moments when we are sad or want to kill ourself but just listen to yourself. Your body and mind want to live but you aren’t able to hear that because your head is clouded with your own impulsive temporary thoughts. Give yourself a chance because your body and mind really wants to survive through it all to be happy again to be fine again no matter how long it takes.

I am vulnerable
Often what we tend to do is cave in or be closed up even when we are with our closest friends or family because we fear being vulnerable which makes us weak. But the truth is that the more you shy away from being vulnerable the more vulnerable you are making yourself. Confused? Well yeah see the thing is you can’t forever have training wheels on your cycle. At some point those training wheels have to go and guess what there are chances of falling but there are more chances of you getting back up strong and more aware. Wear your weakness as you armour and see how that weakness is no more your weakness. You just strip away the meaning from it because you owned up to it.

The 5am club
I woke up at 5am for a month to see how effective this was and trust me it changed my life. Just waking up few hours earlier than most of the people out there puts you at an head start ahead of them. You get enough peace and silence to think clearly and to even not use social media. I use this time to pray , to listen to affirmations, to workout and to write down how I’m gonna plan my day. We have all have at some point faced something traumatic which we decided to ignore or just push aside to move on. But the more you ignore it the more meaning you give to it. It’s time that you deal with it. Everything that has happened is the reason why you are the way you are. Accept it gracefully. Acknowledge your past and let it go. Everything happens for a reason and everything will be alright.

Focus
I’m sure we have all seen movies where they say that we use only 10% of our brain. But the truth is in the real life setup we don’t give the brain enough space to work to its maximum potential. We load it too much with everything and anything. So even when we want to be focused we fail at it. But the best way to overcome is, before you begin a new task which requires your complete focus you should relook at a fast you have already successfully completed and see how to make it better. Since you are already comfortable with that fast you have completed you won’t face this 'starting trouble'. This will help you get on with the new task at hand with greater focus and with a good amount of dopamine release which drastically improves your potential and focus
