So recently I had met with an accident. I was going in my bike and a car came in the wrong way and hit me. I have few fractured toes but that’s not the point. The point is I was completely aware of why was happening, being hit flying off and everything. My body was in a state of fight or flight mode because of shock. My body rapidly sent signals to make sure I survived and that’s the learning here. No matter how depressed you are or even when you are about to die, every single cell in your body fights to live for a chance to be alright and that’s what we need to focus on. We will have moments when we are sad or want to kill ourself but just listen to yourself. Your body and mind want to live but you aren’t able to hear that because your head is clouded with your own impulsive temporary thoughts. Give yourself a chance because your body and mind really wants to survive through it all to be happy again to be fine again no matter how long it takes.
