💙 Our 3rd baby boy’s birth story!
You’d think I’d know what to expect the 3rd time around, but hence each pregnancy & birth is different! You don’t know until you’re going through it.
This was by far the “easier” out of all 3 of my births, but there is nothing easy about the passage of bringing the unseen to the seen.
I am grateful for a pretty close physiological birth, with the wonderful support of my birth doula Julie of Holistic Heart & Birth and my midwife Sarah of Mead Midwifery.
Through each birth I learn a little more about myself and hopefully become closer to who I’m meant to be (not initially postpartum 😬), but each soul heals us just a little bit more. Happy 3 months baby boy 💙
If you have a birth story to share, message me to be on!
Nourishment can mean many things, not only in the food sense… to sustain with food or nutriment; supply with what is necessary for life, health, and growth… to cherish, foster, keep alive.
In this heartfelt episode with Nourish with Stacie, we touch upon both of our journeys that have led to a more wholesome, nourishing, holistically minded lifestyle, not by way of ease. Like many others on similar paths, dis-ease brought us challenges, forcing self-reflection, to get out of complacent comfort, and find true alignment no matter how uncomfortable getting there.
Stacie’s voice alone is nourishment to the soul. She exudes a sincere, heartfelt demeanor, which speaks to how she runs her practice and interacts meaningfully with clients.
Stacie Paganis, MS, CHC is a Holistic Clinical Nutritionist with a focus on mind-body-spirit and root-cause approach. She offers both In-person in Burlington, Ma + virtual options.

Fertility Awareness Education and Individual Therapy
with Julie Lipsett, LMHC, FAE
Many women's health topics are discussed on WWH podcast, which usually brings up menstrual health, hormones, fertility and so on.
Hear from Julie about Cycle Charting and learning more about your cycle and what is considered "normal" "common" or just connecting with and understanding how your body's wisdom works a little more. Our cycles can give us a glimpse into our overall health if we pay attention, notice patterns, and ultimately how we feel.

We touch upon menstrual cycle issues, such as Hypothalamic Amenorrhea or HA, which I had never heard of until her instagram content, fertility struggles, both of our current pregnancies (*Trigger warning), synchronicities, messages and signs from the universe and our wise bodies, and some other fun along the way!
