alright, not gonna lie, this episode was a complete "wing it" moment. (I'm kinda loving the voice memo chats tho.) I've been going through some realizations, and it's been a lot. also, do you ever attempt to do things and then realize you are completely distracted? and then it further annoys you that you can't focus? happens to me quite often, tbh. I wanted to share with you a lesson learned I have been practicing to help me with this distractedness. It's put a few things into perspective for me. (:
