
yupppp.. getting vulnerable this episode. talking about my personal journey lately with mental health, going through a breakup and feeling incredibly alone. and when my "go-to" feel good practices and routines stopped working, i felt more lost. now that i've had some time to sit with this emotional turmoil and redirect it, im ready to share some major take aways. i hope that sharing some of this experience with you, you'll be able to take some of these insights and tips and apply them to your own life.
