This is the perfect episode for anyone looking to build a community, no matter what it may look (or sound) like. Building creative communities doesnt always mean seeing people face top face. Thats not always possible for a range of reasons. What we love about this story is that it is super inclusive and open to everyone. The Radio Boys, as Tray and I call them, are bursting with ideas, experiences, enthusiasm and laughs. Its a great episode and we're so very lucky to have them on our team.
