These questions have consumed me for the past week. They have made me reevaluate and analyze everything in my life. They have made me take some radical responsibility and accountability for things. And they are shaping me into the highest and best version of me.
I think these 2 questions are profound and wanted to share with you too! Sit with them. Spend time in prayer with them. Mediate with them. Because once you start answering them, massive changes can happen.
None of us are given a playbook for this thing we call life. We are learning it and living it in real time. Real time lessons learned, real time mistakes, real time accountability and real time changes. As you are going through things, just know you are human and to give yourself grace. You will fail and you will mess up. But there's only one way to learn the lesson, by going through it. As Jocko says "GOOD". Good, know you know what not to do again. Take the lesson, be accountable and be better for it. That's how you get stronger and build into the ultimate version of you.
Any type of progress is still progress. Some days you crush a big goal. Other days, just getting out of bed feels like a win. No matter how big or small your progress today is, either way... it counts and it’s still progress.
