When her son Luccketta lost his best friend to suicide, she did the only thing she knew how to help him, and got him involved in Spartan Races. This lit something in him, and he realised that if all children had access to this sport, it might help them, and so Lionsheart Fitness was born.


Since then they have been serving the community and building the OCR community up with love, safety of being and physical strength, and they've never looked back.
