To be a patient care assistant (PCA) at UCHealth, you don’t need prior experience or certifications. The training is provided. “Go for it,” said Julian, a U.S. military veteran who became a PCA. “It is one of the best things that has happened to me in a long time. I love, love what I do.” The program gives PCAs an opportunity to connect passion with purpose serving patients.
