The next LSP Method Podcast episode is out! In Episode 21 I talk with Briony Supple, - Senior Lecturer at UCC in Ireland.

Briony is of course a LEGO Serious Play facilitator. She also trains people in the method. In the podcast we talk about Briony's use of LSP in education, with clients, her best tips for LSP and what the future holds.

The next LSP Method Podcast episode just dropped and it is an extra special one. In Episode 20 I talk with Paul Sanbar - coach, facilitator, trainer and people architect (got to watch the episode to know what that means!)

Of course Paul is also an awesome practitioner of LEGO Serious Play and we dive into his particular style of LSP and coaching. We talk about Gestalt theory, paradox of choice and oh boy a ton of other things.

Honestly I found this conversation so illuminating. It's just under an hour of power pack conversation. Paul is at the top of his game and I view him as one of the top LSP facilitators, coaches, trainers in the world.

There was so much we talked about, you just need to go and listen to it. And we still didn't cover all that I wanted to. So there will definitely be a part 2 to this conversation.

The LSP Method Podcast is back for another season! In Episode 19 I talk with Robin Hackshall, a facilitator, trainer and coach who works across a range of industries. He is an expert in the agile / scrum world and is using LEGO Serious Play in that world and beyond!

Robin is also a partner on the LSP Method which means he also teaches the LSP Method. And we get into that a bit in the podcast. But for me this episode can be summed up as: a dive into the Philosophy of LSP, Facilitation and the idea of Mastery.

And of course Robin brings in three wonderful LSP builds to allow us to peek into his world.

Thoroughly enjoyed this chat. Robin has a very unique perspective on LSP and it go me thinking. And we didn’t even get around to some of the other stuff that Robin had prepared. The Colour Psychology of LSP, an article he has since released, is worthing of him coming back for a Part 2 on the podcast!

In this episode I talk with Milena Avramovic - a LEGO Serious Play facilitator from Germany.

Milena and I talk across a range of LSP subjects but I was particularly fascinated by Play 2 Connect - a spin or unique application of LSP with couples. Getting them to talk about their relationships, their wants, their futures. Milena goes through how she runs these events and how they are different to normal LSP sessions.

I found the conversation fascinating for two reasons: It's a unique space to use LSP, but many of the twists Milena does I can see being translated back to the more standard use of LSP in the business world.

There's a lot to take away and learn from when people like Milena push the frontiers of LSP.

Episode 17 of the LSP Method Podcast is out! In this episode I talk with Yassine Chaker - a LEGO Serious Play facilitator (amongst other things) from Tunisia.

Yassine goes through some of his experiences with LSP and together we go through the subtly different roles of facilitator, trainer, coach and mentor.

I love Yassine's energy, positivity, motivation - he's inspiring to listen to. It's been so fun working with him on the LSP Method Partner Program - where he is now certifying other people in LEGO Serious Play in Tunisia and beyond.

Episode 16 of the LSP Method Podcast is out! In this episode I talk with Dina Ala'Eddin - an organisational transformation coach / consultant. Who uses LEGO Serious Play as one of her tools.

We go through some of her career experiences (with LEGO models of course), discuss LSP in the middle east (she's from Jordan) and I talk about some of my experiences teaching LSP and writing the LSP Method book.

We are back! After a short break the LSP Method Podcast has returned with another awesome episode. Today I talk with David Newman - an academic, entrepreneur, well travelled expert in creativity and LEGO Serious Play.

David and I talk about the education field, his mission to bring LSP to Vietnam and South East Asia and his upcoming Bricks by the Beach retreat / conference.

I've known David for a few years now and we've worked particularly closely the last couple of years. He's part of the LSP Method Partner Program and has such an energy for his work.

This is an awesome, special episode of the LSP Method Podcast. In episode 14 I talk with Lúcás Ó'Ceallacháin - his thing is high performance. He started in the sports realm developing elite athletes and coaches but he works across industries as a coach, facilitator, leader, mentor, consultant around all things high performance.

One of the tools he uses is LEGO Serious Play. In this chat we cover SO MUCH, including:

Episode 12 of the The LSP Method Podcast is out! In this episode I talk with Will Barnes, a Senior Manager and consultant at one of Australia’s leading Professional Services firms.

Absolutely loved this chat with Will. We talked about his different engagements and projects where he uses LEGO Serious Play. The idea of “Brilliant Basics”. The different levels of LSP - Individual, Team, Environment - and where it fits into Will’s practice. How LSP opens people up and Will shares a fascinating example of this from his work. Amongst many other reflections and tips from his extensive experience using LSP with top companies around the world.

Will was so generous with his time and sharing his knowledge. And he’s just an awesome guy to have a chat with. So passionate, so insightful. And it was a real pleasure getting to hear about LSP in different contexts like Professional Services.

The LSP Method Podcast Episode 11 is out! In this episode I talk with Sarah Derriks - de Wit, a consultant and facilitator from the Netherlands.

We talk about LEGO Serious Play in Sarah's Agile and transformation work. Lots and lots of tips about LSP and sessions she's been in. Highlighting one of the superpowers of LSP - how it enables feedback in conversations and teams. And we talk about Sarah's book which has lots of practical activities for combining LSP and Agile.

One of the things I'm loving about the podcast is getting to meet and talk with people who trained in LSP in different ways. We all have this common foundation (the LSP method), but the different styles and way we all go about using the method is a pleasure to explore.

In Episode 10 I talk with the Erin Faehrmann, and we range across A LOT of topics. From Erin's wonderful approach to bringing play to work to taking your LEGO to job interviews, we talk sabbaticals and portfolio careers, different uses of LSP and the topic of fail-a-brations - where I even share a story about me peeing my pants as a youngster. That's right we go there!

It was such a good conversation. Erin has a very unique and well thought out way she brings Play into the workplace. Lots of great tips and mindset shifts that many of us could take onboard.

Alright this is a special episode of the LSP Method Podcast. In Episode 9 I talk with Alastair McGregor. He uses LEGO Serious Play in some fascinating ways.

He uses LSP with prisoners, police, first responders, conflict negotiation and with a whole host of other amazing people and places. Al dives into some powerful LSP experiences and the insights he's gained from them.

Episode 8 of the LSP Method Podcast is out! In this episode I talk with the sparkling Jenny Martin. A facilitator from the UK who works across Agile, Product and People.

She uses LSP throughout her work. But as she says in the interview she doesn't lead with LSP, she weaves it into most of her sessions where it fits best.

We talk about some of Jenny's LSP experiences. The future of LSP - particularly the importance of these practices where we are being human. And we discuss diverse teams and how they make better decisions, amongst many other things (kindness, flourishing).
