The first bellwether trials are scheduled to begin in March 2025. ● 01:56 - Ozempic Litigation Updates on the Ozempic litigation reveal there are about 1,300 filed cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A scheduling order related to the defendant's motion to dismiss has been issued, with a decision expected in early summer 2025.
