The first bellwether trials are scheduled to begin in March 2025. ● 01:56 - Ozempic Litigation Updates on the Ozempic litigation reveal there are about 1,300 filed cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A scheduling order related to the defendant's motion to dismiss has been issued, with a decision expected in early summer 2025. If the motion to dismiss is defeated, the litigation will move forward, with potential trials in 2026. ● 02:56 - Uber litigation, which has approximately 1,500 filed cases. Uber is fighting the consolidated actions, and a decision from the appellate court is pending. The first bellwether trials are expected to begin in the fall of 2025.
