This week we have Samhain, or Halloween, the turning of the wheel that takes us into the darkest part of the year, calling us into an inwardly focused period of rest and stillness. So this week, I've brought you a shorter meditation that you can do each day to help you embrace the darkness and go within to explore and know yourself and your inner mysteries. Try to do this meditation in the early morning, in the darkness, if you can, or even by candlelight. Use the darkness and solitude to take you deeper within. ❤️
