For the last of our double bill we look at what is definitely counted as one of the worst sequels of all time; but is it really THAT bad? Is there more going on underneath the crummy surface? Is it a clever analysis of the divide between rich and poor? The epidemic of mass evictions and homelessness that plagued the US in the early 90s?
