The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration had its inaugural event 15 years ago. Since then over 70 Ontario wineries have participated. The Ontario Wine industry is full of legendary people that are instantly known by their first name - e.g. Thomas, J-L, Shiraz ... for this episode we are joined by Jonas. He is also one of the founders of Beare Green Winery.
