Jimmy Smith's first time at i4C was in 2024. He was the Drinks Business Man of the Year in 2019, and the WSET Global Educator of the Year in 2018. He is also one of the founders of Beare Green Winery. Beare Green is making still wines in the South of England - this year he will be joining the i4C presenting what are the first still English wines at the event. André Proulx sits down with Jimmy to discuss his English winemaking, viticulture, and low intervention winemaking.
