An internationally famous and well respected bodybuilder / actor, Lou Ferrigno first appeared on TV screens in 1977 as the musclebound title character of The Incredible Hulk (1977), the alter ego of meek scientist David Banner. Ferrigno was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1951 and as a child suffered from an ear infection that resulted in permanent partial hearing loss. Undeterred by what some may have perceived as a disadvantage, Lou threw himself into athletics (predominantly weightlifting and body building) and at the age of 21 won his first Mr. Universe title. For good measure, he came back and won it again the following year!

He also played professional football in the Canadian Football League, before coming to the attention of producer Kenneth Johnson, who was seeking just the right person to portray on screen the comic book superhero, The Incredible Hulk. With his 6' 5", 285 lb. frame, Lou was the biggest professional bodybuilder of the time, and had recently starred in the documentary Pumping Iron (1977), about the 1975 Mr. Olympia contest in South Africa. He successfully auditioned for the part of the green-skinned Goliath, and that is the role with which he is most closely identified.

"The Hulk" was a huge ratings success and spawned several telemovies after the initial TV series completed its run. Lou continued to remain busy in films and TV with appearances often centered around his remarkable physique. His films included Hercules (1983), Sinbad of the Seven Seas (1989) and Frogtown II (1992). Lou has additionally guest-starred on several TV shows including The Fall Guy (1981) and The New Mike Hammer (1984) and had a recurring role on The King of Queens (1998). In 1997 he was featured in the dynamic documentary about his sensational return to professional bodybuilding at age 43, Stand Tall (1997). The film detailed how he returned to compete in the Masters category of the Mr. Olympia contest against several familiar bodybuilding foes. In more recent years, he has appeared in several films, including The Misery Brothers (1995), Ping! (2000), From Heaven to Hell (2002) and a cameo as a security guard in the big-budget remake of Hulk (2003).

Terraine Francois is born and raised in North Carolina and he has numerous accomplishments. Terraine is a published author. He has published four books in total. I’m at Awe is a poetry book commemorating love. Terraine has also authored three children’s books titled Terraine’s First Day of School, Terraine and the New Kid, and I Can Exercise.
Terraine Francois is also a filmmaker, director, and writer. He has directed films like Amid Chaos, Where’s Jackie, Home, Five Minutes from Home, The Bonita Johnson Story, and My Child Before Me written by Rosalind Day-Patterson.
A few months ago, Terraine created a podcast entitled “The Artistic Expression Podcast.” His podcast highlights individuals that are part of the performing arts. During the first season Terraine’s guest consisted of a comedian, actors, writers, directors, and a theatre arts teacher.

Neicee J, was born Tahneisha Plowden in Lorain which is in North East Ohio. She is the daughter of the (late) Gary and Carolyn Plowden. Neicee J currently resides in Greensboro, NC where she is employed as an After school teacher. She is the author of three books including Behind Closed Doors, The Behind Closed Doors Journal and her Children’s book The Good Touch and The Bad Touch and a fourth book called In Too Deep coming soon. Neicee J is also an actress with Delinda Kay productions. She was in her first film Sheltered and in an upcoming film called Forever Loved. You can find her credits on IMDb. She has been married for 10 years and is a mother to her two children a bonus mom to four children and a grandmother of two. Neicee J prides herself in helping others in being the best she can be as a person.

After a change in career from a desire to play professional basketball, a visit to the theater with his Godmother to see Jerry McGuire, and an urging from childhood friend Dondre Whitfield, who was having much success in television, Cornelius began a new path. Coming to North Carolina from Brooklyn, New York, on a basketball scholarship, Cornelius graduated from Elon University and decided to return to North Carolina after graduation, due to the film production happening in North Carolina at the time.

Initially beginning with acting classes at HB Studios in NYC, Cornelius settled in on the Carolina Actors Group, a Sanford-Meisner method acting group, taught by Burgess Jenkins, in Winston-Salem North, Carolina, to focus and become a professional craftsman.

After some minimal success in the business, Cornelius felt like he was being led to create inspirational, redemptive films. His first short film was Brother's Keeper: A story of faith, love and forgiveness which was based on personal experience.

Next came his first feature production, Find A Way, which he Executive Produced and was the lead. Find A Way was loosely based on a true, story, received national and international distribution and was highly exalted by Dr. Maya Angelou.

Sova Black is a hip hop/rap artist from Southern Virginia. ( B.L.A.C.K. Black Leader Aqiuring capital & knowledge. He raps about pain, struggle, and overcoming the odds. His music is unique and catchy he has a distinct sound that captures the listeners and motivates success. He has worked with hip hop legends Kxng Crooked formerly known as Crooked I, Ras Kass, Kurupt from the dog pound, T-Rell, Planet Asia, Yo Gotti along with a wide variety of award winning producers. His previous project Revenge Season came out on April 1st 2021 it is a project that embodies bars and heavy 808s throughout. Black uses tons of metaphors and similes combined with his own unique style to draw the listener in even further. He raps about relatable issues, street life, family, loyalty, all of the above and more. Sova Black hails from Emporia, Virginia he was raised in a single parent household by his mother with the help of his grandparents. Born in Manhasset, New York and raised in Jamaica Queens, New York. He attended Central Islip High School, where he discovered his first love (poetry). While trying to pursue his football dreams, he entered a few poetry contests. After winning a few of those contest he ended up leaving football and decided to pursue writing. With the help some great people and friends, his writing has become a wonderful experience.

(The Devils Within - The Story Of Eric Torch) is his very first novel and means a great deal to him being that it is the first of many to come. he loves writing Suspense/Thrillers/Mysteries. He has a passion for it, the page turning sit on the edge of your seat, passion that he can't never get enough of.

Now he writes poetry, novels, and scripts. He truly in loves with what he does and tries his best to shock the world with the stories he tells.

Elisa Clark has been acting for over a decade. Over a period of time she began her writing journey in 2015. Elisa is currently a film producer and director. Elisa was also fortunate to win two Telly Awards for her short films. Both films address social justice issues. In addition to her many accomplishments, she is also a former president of women in film a nonprofit organization of over 10, 000 women worldwide.

Macy Lorraine Jacobs was born on December 9th, 1968 in Philadelphia, PA. She is single mother with 3 grown children, and 10 grandchildren.

She is currently works at a Pharmaceutical laboratory. Macy is also a part-time actress. Her long term goal is to become a full time professional actress.

Macy is also a truck driver. and love doing jigsaw puzzles.

Keith Lakean Powell is not only a filmmaker. He is a director, producer, actor, makeup artist, and storyteller. He has a production company called Lakean Entertainment Production which is connected with major streaming platforms such as Tubi Tv, Amazon Prime, Xumo ,TCL, Roku and more. Some of his works include: 24 hours Sweet Kiss Goodnight, Seeds of Satan, Hussle Game, Legend of Paul Pry and more, which are all on major streaming platforms. As an independent filmmaker he has accomplished so much in a short 4 years. Hear this interview to learn how. His style of movie making is very unique. He is truly making waves in the industry. His upcoming goals include sharpening his craft, networking and continuing to put out new productions.

Sakellie Daniels is a very talented retired athlete, coach, humanitarian, and so much more.
She is a Hoke County High School graduate. Sakellie broke many records that's still standing today.

After high school Sakellie attended UNC Charlotte for 4 years. She received a full ride to attend.

Ms. Daniels also played 8 years professionally in Germany, Switzerland, Lithuania, Finland, and Romania. She experienced many accolades while playing.

One year later after ending her career of playing overseas Sakellie returned home to coach the high school team that she once played for. She coached the girl's basketball team for 2 years.

Sakellie continued her career at the University of Miami as a staff assistant. She also was the assistant coach at Southeast Missouri State University.

Today she is currently serving in the role of a Career Management Teacher.
