Sakellie Daniels is a very talented retired athlete, coach, humanitarian, and so much more. She is a Hoke County High School graduate. Sakellie broke many records that's still standing today.
After high school Sakellie attended UNC Charlotte for 4 years. She received a full ride to attend.
Ms. Daniels also played 8 years professionally in Germany, Switzerland, Lithuania, Finland, and Romania. She experienced many accolades while playing.
One year later after ending her career of playing overseas Sakellie returned home to coach the high school team that she once played for. She coached the girl's basketball team for 2 years.
Sakellie continued her career at the University of Miami as a staff assistant. She also was the assistant coach at Southeast Missouri State University.
Today she is currently serving in the role of a Career Management Teacher.
