Guys, this episode isn't to be insensitive to anyone, but more so an eye opening conversational piece about realising how an individual feels is on them to manage. As I say in the podcast, there's a lot of blame game for the disconnected emotions in ourselves on to external sources... But I feel it's time we all own our feelings.
