I'm sharing my experience attending a cannabis and breathwork ceremony, and how it changed my relationship with weed. This ceremony was an amazing experience and it opened my eyes to the many benefits of cannabis. Hello Tribe, this is my story of what happened when I retired from the stage and how it all began to unravel for me. Leaving bodybuilding was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Still to this day it's hard but I have found a massive amount of peace with it. And finally now, 5-6 years later I am ready to talk about it without being emotionally charged.
