Hello Tribe, this is my story of what happened when I retired from the stage and how it all began to unravel for me. Leaving bodybuilding was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Still to this day it's hard but I have found a massive amount of peace with it. And finally now, 5-6 years later I am ready to talk about it without being emotionally charged. Now by releasing this, I don't want to demonize the sport, the sponsors, or the industry... but this is what happened and this is my story. I will forever be grateful for bodybuilding and it will be forever my first love and best teacher. It's the very foundation I stand on now.
