Every person comes into our lives to teach us something. Whether it’s for a reason, a season, or a lifetime, it’s here to crack us open and help us evolve into our highest self. This week I explore the purpose of soul contract relationships and give a personal story of how this played out, what I learned, and the wisdom that came from it.

This week we’re joined by Olivia Figueroa - founder of Liv Fitness, wellness influencer, and sought after Pilates instructor - for a raw conversation about transforming struggle to success.
In her early 30s, Olivia made the life changing decision to move to New York City after walking away from a relationship and city she spent her life in. She opens up about her upbringing and how it has shaped her, lessons from dating and relationships, and what truly following your intuition looks like.
If you’re going through a transition period, this episode will leave you feeling inspired and capable of going after all your desires.

If you’re going through this, it’s a great sign that you are GROWING. And with growth comes growing pains. You’ll get through it and even stronger on the other side! Hope this episode is helpful <3

Hotness is an ENERGY. You could be the most objectively hot person but if there’s nothing going on behind those beautiful eyes, it’s a wash. Physical attributes aside, have you ever wondered why you’re so attracted to someone? What makes them so hot? This week I share my five hot takes on what makes someone undeniably hot, that has nothing to do with their physical appearance or looks. It’s what’s on the inside that counts. (Duh.)

We’ve all been there. When you’re obsessing over a goal, person, outcome and only have tunnel vision for that one thing. In this episode I teach you how to call your power back, detach from the outcome, and allow whatever it is you’re calling in to magnetize toward you. Hope this episode serves you!!

Out of an abundance of transparency I start with a quick update on taking adderall again and navigating that whole thang.
The title says it all for this episode. I’ve observed the most confident and charismatic people and these are some of my takeaways from what makes them stand out and have that magnetic aura. Disclaimer: it’s not the loudest person in the room. In fact the quiet confidence is so much more attractive and I tell you exactly how to embody it. Practice this meditation to connect to your heart through gratitude and use that energy manifest and attract your desires to you.
(VIDEO PODCAST) This week’s episode is probably the most vulnerable I’ve felt on the podcast so far and something I think all women can relate to: sensuality, sexuality, being oversexualized, how it has impacted sense of worth, and how to alchemize it into a superpower. While vulnerable, I think it’s so important that women talk openly about this and that we share our experiences. I usually find we have more similarities than differences, and it’s something I wish my younger self could’ve heard. Hope this resonates, thanks for being here ❤️

(VIDEO PODCAST) This week I share a mini life update and more importantly: tips to GROUND your ass when it feels like you have no control. If you find yourself crashing out, spiraling, overthinking or just super overwhelmed, these are the three best practices that I personally use to legitimately feel better and strengthen your sense of self. I’ve been there before where you’re experiencing the worst feeling and just want it to go away. I come back to these every time and I hope it serves you the way it has for me. ❤️

(VIDEO PODCAST) This episode is an entire reframe to the very normal experience of comparison - whether it’s feeling like you’re behind or feeling envious of others, we’ve all been there. Comparison is the thief of joy because it robs you of the present moment but it can actually be a tool to get so clear on what you desire and help you manifest that as your reality. I share all the tips to validate your comparison but not let it take over and instead use it to help you manifest. Hope you enjoy!!

(VIDEO PODCAST) In this vulnerable and I’m sure relatable episode, Marina and I discuss our journey with body image issues, disordered eating, weight gain, weight loss, and all the common experiences women experience, but aren’t always openly talked about. As women, so much of our value is placed in how we look which leads to perfectionism and holding ourselves to these unsustainable standards. Being so hard on ourselves subconsciously harms our sense of worth and Marina and I share the mindset shifts we’ve adopted and continue to practice in order to love and accept ourselves at EVERY stage. If you’ve experienced disordered eating or struggled with body image, you are not alone and my hope is that this episode makes you feel seen with the tools that will leave you feeling empowered.

Marina shares all her mindset shifts that got her in the aligned energy to attract her person, red flags to look out for, how to overcome your own limiting beliefs, and so much more. This is the ultimate girl talk where we get super real and I know you guys will be able to relate. Enjoy this expansive episode love you!!
