Join us for an introductory discussion of the human design self-knowledge discovery system and how it can be used to help you understand your biggest challenge in your life and how you can best grow and thrive as you navigate life!
Special guest and long-time friend of Meo, Stephanie, began studying Human Design in 2020 during the Covid shutdowns. It soon became a passion for her, particularly in how the HD concepts and insights can be applied to making daily life easier for you, and especially how it can inform parenting for far less of a struggle and much more harmonious! She is a strong advocate that learning your human design is an invitation to fully accept yourself as unique and perfectly designed for how your soul intended to move through this life -- this understanding brings peace, sense of purpose, and most importantly, practical and tangible solutions for moving through everyday life in a much more fluid and efficient way for your own personal design! We only scratch the surface with this episode and plan on diving in much deeper with Stephanie in future discussions.

The 3rd episode in our series about shadow work... this time we discuss the role of childhood experiences as the root of long-standing wounds in our journey, as well as the experiences of our ancestors that create patterns that we inevitably carry with us until they're addressed. "Inner child work" and "generational or ancestral healing" are buzz terms in healing circles, and for good reason. Most of what we struggle with in terms of our shadow took root during our most formative years as children (from 0-14yrs), or have been perpetual cycles in our generational line. Meo and Shannon discuss the importance of acknowledging these roots of our shadow and doing the work to release long-held beliefs, wounds, and limitations through intentional healing work.
The second episode in the series about shadow work, Meo and Shannon discuss how relationships act as mirrors for us, reflecting back to us our unresolved issues, hidden traits, and subconscious fears. Partners, close friends, and family members can trigger emotions and behaviors in us that highlight aspects of ourselves that we've either wanted to hide away for good, or that we never really realized were lurking in the corners of our being.
Issues. We've all got them. And we all get triggered. And many times our partners and closest confidants are the ones who reveal to us our biggest and deepest inner shadow work. Be it mirroring, emotional triggers, conflict, projection, control issues, or fear of intimacy and vulnerability, our relationships many times are our biggest teachers. And let's be honest... we can do a lot of healing on our own, but so much healing cannot happen for us unless we're in the very partnership dynamics that created our fears, insecurities, and inner child wounds.
Yay!! Fun stuff, right? Meo and Shannon talk about how this all works and, through personal examples and client work, they share ways this shadow work can manifest in relationships, and how you can hope to begin the deep work and come out the other side with more healing and growth.
Many times those who are catalyzing the most growth for us in relationships have specific soul contracts with us for exactly that kind of experience. It's not always enjoyable. That makes them a soulmate; and that's a pretty effing important job.
The first in a series of episodes that explores shadow work as a highly useful tool for deep healing and personal growth. Shannon and Meo lay out the origins of shadow work (hey, it's a buzzword in the spiritual and healing communities lately), how it's done, and how it's a highly effective (and necessary) journey for our own healing and evolution. It's not easy, though. And these besties don't sugarcoat that fact one bit. Shadow work requires courage and the willingness to face your biggest fears and spend some time in deep self-awareness reflection about your deepest wounds, repressed emotions, insecurities, and unhealthy patterns. Definitely not a cake walk, but the end results usually include self-acceptance, drastically increased compassion & empathy for self and others, and... dare we say... growth, contentment, healthier relationships, and satisfaction with life.

Special guest Austin Varvel of Positive Minds, Positive Vibes Podcast joins Meo and Shannon for a very candid discussion on personal evolution, the craziness of personal spiritual paths, and getting deep and dirty in our own shadow work to be able to step into our soul's purpose in this life. The discussion touches upon Austin's journey in finding his motivation and purpose for wayshowing in a spiritual world, and how his, Meo and Shannon's experiences through everything from trauma, victimhood, personal awakening, taking responsibility for our own shadows, and being so brutally honest with ourselves about who we are, how we got here, and what needs to happen in order to keep growing and expanding into the best versions of ourselves.
What is the impact you want to create in this world and why?

We've all heard the phrase "it's the right person, but the wrong time," or "this is a great opportunity, but it's not the right time." What if all timing is exactly what it's supposed to be? What if the timing of certain people or opportunities in our lives is always perfect, always "good?" And what if how things, opportunities, and people enter our lives is always divinely aligned with our biggest soul and human lessons in that moment?
Meo and Shannon take on the topic of "bad versus good timing" and discuss whether that's just plain BS that we've told ourselves in order to sidestep the lessons that have been so carefully planned by our higher selves for this life. Deeply philosophical and spiritual, this discussion is still down-to-earth and practically applicable for our daily lives and how we navigate those things that feel extra confusing and/or challenging.

Join us for a beautifully authentic, vulnerable, and potent discussion with Christian Bradley West (aka The Country Clairvoyant) on all things spiritual awakening, coming into ourselves and our authenticity, the sometimes circular journey of deep healing, and above all... to not take life so seriously. Known partly for his work on social media in finding humor and pointing out the absurd within our spiritual journeys here on Earth, Meo and Shannon talk to Christian about how we can stay grounded and keep things in perspective while we try to heal, grow, and evolve in this life, especially in light of religious dogma, the multitude of different spiritual beliefs and "rules" that exist, and whatever hot spiritual "dos and don'ts" being touted by the latest popular gurus. This episode is jam-packed with the good stuff, most of all though, the emphasis on the importance of going within and finding what is truth for ourselves, being brutally honest with ourselves about what it means to be part of humanity, and how choosing to be open and vulnerable about our process. They discuss the importance of "showing your work" for others to see - all the messiness that's involved with healing and growth, and that doing so is one of the most authentic ways teachers or wayshowers can help others feel empowered to do the same.
Christian is witty, intelligent, compassionate, highly intuitive, and deeply empathetic. It was so fantastic to connect with him and record this conversation!

Join Shannon and Meo for a candid discussion with women's life coach, Kristen Odegaard, on the overthinking and people-pleasing traps that so many of us fall into at different stages of our lives. So exhausting! Their second ever guest to the podcast, Kristen talks about her own journey as a recovering people-pleaser and overthinker (amidst some big life changes), and how, through her own healing journey, she became inspired to help others through similar challenges in their lives. These ladies discuss some of the biggest challenges to being our most authentic selves and how rewiring your brains, our nervous systems, and our beliefs about ourselves and our value in this world is key to really stepping into our personal power and, more importantly, our peace.
If you're interested in connecting with Kristen, you can find her online at coachwithkristen.com and @kristen_odegaard_coaching on Instagram. You can also follow her new podcast Stop Overthinking, for excellent advice on tackling people-pleasing and overthinking challenges and how to best support yourself as your grow and learn (available on all major listening platforms).
Put in some earbuds, find a comfortable position, and settle in for a journey to the meeting place where your guides are waiting for you. Allow it to be what it will be for you, no forcing. Trust what comes up for you. It's okay too, if nothing profound happens the first time you try. Sometimes we need to be more patient with ourselves and let go of any expectation of what things 'should' look like.
Do this meditation any time you'd like to sit and meet with your guides.
Ready to get your Zen on and reconnect to your energy body? Give this meditation a try. You'll be feeling like a new person in no time.
Meo and Shannon sit down to talk about past life regressions again, giving more detail about why these types of sessions can be beneficial for your healing journey and what a session is typically like. They also share some of the neatest and most profound things that came out of their own personal past life regressions from the past year, reflecting on how this new insight has shifted the way they understand themselves and how they're meant to work through their healing in this life in order to step fully into their purpose for this turn on Earth.
Settle in for a fun discussion of venturing into other versions of ourselves that exist and a very candid back and forth about how these experiences enrich our conscious life here.
Meo and Shannon reflect on their first-ever offering of intuitive events. past life regression, and meditation opportunities as part of their Souls and Stardust "The Weekend." They discuss what worked well and how much they learned about the process of piecing together a weekend a-la-cart mini-retreat, plus highlight all the synchronistic and magical things that happened as a result of synergy and beautiful energy from multiple people all coming together in the same room! So much learning, healing, laughing, and crying occurred.
Okay, Meo and Shannon dive into religion in this episode.
*Disclaimer - the hosts share about their personal experiences with religion, how practicing in certain faiths both helped and hindered them at certain times in their lives, and how the experiences ultimately shaped who they are and helped them to evolve in their own connection to Source. In no way are they intending to disparage others' beliefs or delegitimize others' experiences within respective faiths or philosophies. This is merely meant to be a discussion of perspectives and food for thought.
That being said... woo Chili... this episode is a doosey. Full of raw sharing and emotion, also revelation about big soul lessons and the opportunities to build faith and trust within themselves, Meo and Shannon break down some of the biggest challenges and benefits of being involved in organized religion, and how asking deeper, bigger questions of themselves and their respective faiths actually brought them full circle to making very personal, authentic connections to God/Source/the Universe. They talk about the process of deconstructing from such engrained belief systems, especially the aspects that aren't the healthiest for personal well-being, and why it's so important to find what is truth for you first and foremost.
Settle in for some truth bombs and revelations about the process of coming back to your true essence or discovering yourself for what feels like the very first time. Why is this so important? Because we made an agreement at the soul level to come to Earth and be/grow/learn/teach/evolve and to be our most authentic selves as we do that. In fact, the only way we can do those things is if we're moving through life as our most authentic selves! Meo and Shannon talk about how, as we grow from tiny children to adulthood, we experience cultural/family/religious conditioning that shapes the way we perceive ourselves, the world, and who/how we're "supposed" to be in light of these standards, rules, and constrictions. They discuss what happens when we're so disconnected from our authentic selves and how this can lead to feeling utterly lost and without purpose. They share about their own journeys in authenticity and rediscovering themselves, in particular what their own major revelations have been and how those served as a beautiful turning point in their rediscovery of and reconnection to self.
Everything becomes easier and more fulfilling when we're connected to true essence. Everything.
Welcome back for Season 5 of the podcast! We're so glad you're here! We can hardly believe that we've come as far as we have, and we look forward to how this passion project continues to blossom.
In this episode, Meo and Shannon dig into the topic of manifesting, but not from the ever popular (and also nebulous) perspective of Law of Attraction, focus on your dreams, pour positivity into it, and BOOM... your dreams arrive. Naw... these ladies address something much deeper in this effort of co-creating your life with the Universe. They dive into motivation for manifesting and the health of the mental/emotional/spiritual space that you're attempting to create from. It's not as simple as dreaming about what you want to arrive or who you want to become, it's about being honest with yourself about what exactly limits you and stands in your way. Are you running and hiding from that? Bypassing those wounds and limiting beliefs? Or are you looking those shadows right in the face to learn about yourself and what motivates you to move in the directions you desire? Meo and Shannon share personal stories about the work that was needed for themselves in order to manifest from an honest, responsible place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and how doing the deepest, hardest inner work is where the most powerful alchemy exists for bringing your biggest dreams into physical reality.
