94 / You Know Better — So Why Are You Still Doing It? Explaining patterns and how to break them

CLAIM ONE OF TWO FREE CLARITY CALLS! Use Code FREECLARITYYou’ve read the books. You’ve done the journaling. You know your patterns — yet somehow, you still catch yourself doing the same thing again. Saying yes when you mean no. Overthinking before acting. Shrinking yourself to keep the peace. In this episode, we’re diving into why awareness alone isn’t enough and what it actually takes to loosen — and eventually break — those sticky patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll talk about:✨ Why your brain loves your patterns (and how they’ve secretly been keeping you safe)✨ The foundations you need before any real change can happen✨ Why so many women get trapped in people-pleasing loops✨ What to do instead of just meditating or journaling about it✨ The crucial question to ask yourself to finally shift things: “Is this a story I’m telling myself, or is this my value?"

If you’re ready to stop “knowing better” and start doing differently, this one’s for you.

93 / When high standards hold you back

This episode is for you, if you

  • Would never go out of the house with a messy hair day, because you have higher standards.
  • Rework the reel for the 3rd time in a week and refuse to post it, because you have higher standards.
  • Turn down a date with this really nice human, because although they are really lovely and kind, you have higher standards.

In this episode I explain to you why this is maybe not a case of ‘high standards’ but a case of perfectionism due to an old fear you carry. You will learn where it comes from, and why you struggle to receive or gain momentum and I tell you how to change that.
If you want more, jump over to my world and grab yourself a free vibe check.

We’ll talk about what is your case of high standards and plan a road map to follow so you will finally shift that for good. You will make the moves, have the love you desire and gain momentum on your project you put on the back burner for far too long.

92 / How to overcome perfectionism

Today we’re diving into perfectionism — that sneaky little thing that tells you you’re never doing enough, even when you’re flat-out exhausted. I’ll share what colouring books have to do with perfectionism (yes, really), how it holds you back more than you realise, and why simply telling yourself 'you’re doing a good job' isn’t the magic fix everyone makes it out to be.

I’ll tell you my own story in this episode, and if it resonates, I’d love to hear yours. You can book a free vibe check with me to see if we’re a match. And if you want smaller doses of these thoughts to sprinkle into your day, come hang out with me on TikTok — little sparks of reflection and inspiration, no perfection required.

91 / Why you freak out, when life gets quiet and calm

Ever tried slowing down—taking a yoga class, starting work later, giving yourself a proper break—only to find yourself freaking out?

You’re not alone. In this episode, I unpack why calmness can feel so wrong when you’ve been running on busyness and stress for years.

We’ll dive into:

  • Why your system (mind + body) gets addicted to chaos
  • What actually happens when you start to slow down
  • How your “wellness to-do list” might be making things worse
  • And the first steps to making calm feel truly calm (instead of twitchy and restless)

If you’ve ever wondered why yoga, journaling, or self-care doesn’t “work” for you—or why it feels like just another box to tick—this one’s for you.

🎧 Tune in now, and if this resonates, let’s connect: book a free vibe check and start shifting your system for good YAY!

90 / How to set boundaries without guilt - and how they can create deepen connection

Giiirl, why do boundaries feel scary, selfish, or egoistic? "I am scared of being selfish" this is the numero uno sentence I hear, when clients want to say "no" but end up saying "yes" whoops.

So in this episode, I am not only unpacking why we struggle to set them— but also how boundaries can actually be the ultimate tool for deeper connection.

We’ll cover:

  • The difference between inside boundaries (your inner limits) vs outside boundaries (what you allow others to do)

  • Why holding boundaries doesn’t make you selfish—it actually invites more love in

  • The pressure of being a “perfect, happy couple” and how boundaries can actually make you happier

  • Plus more real-life examples from relationships and business to see boundaries in action

  • If you’ve ever avoided setting limits or feared it would ruin your relationships, this episode will give you the tools and pep talk to step into boundaries confidently—while still staying deeply connected.

89/ Saying YES to scary opportunities (and love) with Ren Chagoury

Join us for SELF-BELONGING, starting Sep 3rd x

Alright babes, today we’ve got someone seriously special on the mic. Ren Chagoury — the bold force behind Thrifter.

She’s opening her 6th store right now + branching out into the realm of thrifter home and furniture and is on a mission to cut textile waste, give preloved clothes another life, and make sure we all look ridiculously cute while saving the planet.

I actually met Ren a few months back at an event from her second business, Females Doing Cool Shit.

She runs these incredible networking days with her right hand, Tiana, and also yaps her heart out on her podcast.

And honestly, the reason I wanted Ren on here is simple: she oozes realness. This is a woman with her heart on her sleeve, who’s so eager to give and to support — and you’ll hear that in this episode too.

And Ren isn’t just about clothes. She’s about opening doors. Saying yes to opportunities that might not look ‘smart’ on paper but somehow she makes them hers — and very successfully. She’s also recently opened her doors to love, and to those terrifyingly honest conversations most of us try to avoid because, let’s be real, they feel hard.

Because behind those racks of preloved fashion, there’s a woman who’s had to untangle some pretty heavy threads herself.

We’re talking trust issues. Hyper-independence. Childhood stories that taught her not to lean on anyone — and the brave, messy work of rewriting all of that.

How do you actually let someone in when you’re convinced they could let you down?

How do you set boundaries, have the hard conversations, and still show up with love?

Ren is the kind of person who gives endlessly, who builds community that kids look up to and women feel inspired by. And she’s here to remind us that your so-called failures? They’re not proof you’ve messed it all up — they’re the very lessons your future badass self will thrive on.

So, are you ready to be swept up in her energy and her vibe? Let’s dive in.

88 / The Fixing Issue - when growth becomes another form of self-sabotage and how to change that

For the longest time, I thought growth meant constantly working on myself. And after a breakup, I found myself deep in the fixing trap – more courses, more books, more doing… thinking the next thing would finally make me "whole." Feel me? Yep! That was me :))

And in those years of searching and more more more, here’s what I learned:
💭 Sometimes growth isn’t about adding more.
💭 Sometimes inner work is happening in the backing off.
💭 You don’t need fixing. You’re not broken.

In this solo episode, I share:
🌀 My breakup story & how it spiraled me into the fixing issue
🦋 The moment a friend lovingly called out a behaviour I needed to change
🌀Why shame sits on one side and true growth on the other
🦋 How self-belonging became the ultimate upgrade

I would looove to hear what is landing from you in this very personal episode, because this one made a big difference in how happy and calm I feel and why I go out with my work and show myself and show up every day.

If you want to get more than this ep into your ears and also want to feel that chasing "better, bigger, more" isn’t real growth and coming home to yourself is - join us for SELF-BELONGING. ❤️‍🔥

85 / How to become who you want to be. With Roxanne Cambridge

Feel like you have done the inner work but still something is missing? Join HOT MESS TO INNER YES and come home to yourself! Sign up here for free!

This episode took me by surprise in the best way. I sat down with Roxanne, a mum of four, podcast owner of rise of her,   business owner, content creator, and model.

We went in for a convo on overwhelm and emotional growth—and somehow ended up deep in a spiritual wormhole, laughing about frequencies and identity and what the universe might be trying to tell us.

Rox shares how she went from reactive to emotionally present, how her and her husband raised kids who are actually in tune with themselves, and how the permission slip to truly be herself has changed everything, not just for her, but for her marriage, her kids, and the women she now supports.

    We got into:

    • How she and her husband moved from disconnection back to real partnership (and the value that helped)
    • The real reason girls and women feel so lonely—and what Rox is building to change that
    • The moment she realised she built her business for everyone but herself—and what she’s doing differently now
    • And the sneaky message life/god/the earth sent to me through this podcast episode haha

She says she’s not spiritual—but after this ep? I reckon she might’ve found a whole new part of herself. So much honesty, so much uplift—and maybe even a little identity rebirth live on air.  ENJOY!

You know your attachment style, the wellness boxes to tick, you’ve done inner work but it is not landing? Join my free masterclass HOT MESS TO INNER YES - August 6th! Sign up here x

Today’s guest is an absolute powerhouse of a woman—Bronte, founder of DASH Academy, mentor to social media managers, and one of the quickest shifting clients I ever had in my world.

We’re talking big moves—selling her first business, launching a second one while heavily pregnant, navigating patriarchal BS, and sitting in front of her to-do list completely frozen (we have all been there).

In this episode, Bronte opens up about the mindset and her internal world behind building again from scratch, how she actually felt after selling her business and if she regrets it, and what helped her get unstuck when momentum felt impossible.

    We talk:

    • How not to attach your self-worth to your work (even when your identity is heavily involved in your work)
    • Rage, being condescended to, and the anger we as women learn carry and express
    • And what’s really stopping you from starting that business, that brand, that dream you know you want—but are too scared people will find out about

Bronte doesn’t hold back—and neither do we.

    Today’s episode is a full-body vibe, amigas!

80 / From Knowing to Feeling. With Shan O'Shannessey

This week I’m joined by the incredible Shan, also known as INNER CHILD QUEEN—wise beyond her years, wildly grounded, so approachable, heavily pregnant in this episode and someone who carries herself with this rare mix of softness, grace and quiet strength. You just feel safe in her presence. Like you can drop the mask, breathe a little deeper, and just show up exactly as you are.

In this juicy, very flowy conversation, we dive into what it really means to hold the expansion. Why you can have all the success, love, tools and knowledge—and still feel like something’s missing. We talk about the weird ways we force ourselves to be present, chase healing and why all that growth might actually be a way of running.

Shan speaks to the art of bridging the gap between what you know intellectually and what you can actually feel in your body.

We also explore conscious parenting, inner child work, and how healing yourself creates ripple effects in every relationship—whether you’re a partner, friend, or parent.

And one of the most iconic moments? When we realise we sometimes just are’ in our healing era’ so we believe our partners have to pull their weight too and yeah, how they most of the time handle it better than us. Humbling.

This one’s real, raw, expansive, and filled with us really showing up as ourselves. And I loved that, you will too!

79 / How to create spaciousness to lead yourself. With Judy King.

Judy is one of those women you can feel when you step into a room with her. She is fiery, she radiates a power and a softness at the same time, she is literally drawing you in, when she gets into the room. And this is what happened to me when I met her roughly 6 months ago on an immersion. In the moment I knew, I need to ask her more about herself, I wanted to know who she is and why she is that way.
So today, I get to have her on, Judy King, Human Design and Rich Codes Queen, Mother of a daughter and a puppy and lover of all things energetic, female power and embodiment.

Today we talk about the difference between low level consciousness and high level consciousness, why being led by excitement is not always the best thing to do and why 1% of incongruence in you is already enough to tip over the frequency of your work. She shows us how to lead yourself better, how she surrenders to expectations and why she is currently doubling down on soft discipline.
You can already hear this, this is a chat about frequencies, business, deep trust and knowing.  Listen to this if you are ready to dive deeper inside yourself.

76 / Holding yourself as a high value woman. With Shakira Park

We are peeking BEYOND today with no one else but our fav marketing consultant - Shakira Park! She mixing manifestation, energetics and strategy - which you know - is everything I LOVE! Shak is not only a previous client of me, I am also previous client of her, and because our work intertwines so well, I was like: she has to sit on this podcast chair! And here we are:

Shak is touching so many good subjects and if you are a woman in business, no matter how deep in you are, this episode will be full of little nuggets for you to shift your perspective and direction. We are talking about sloppy boundaries and being sloppy with ourselves, we touch motherhood and holding the roles, what soul driven work actually is and what her people pleasing in the past has to do with it.

Shakira also finally nails the ‘messaging explanation’ because tbh this is a hot topic in biz but rarely anyone can fully explain it to me as Shak can, we chat being magnetic, intuition as your super power and how we are avoiding to become “scrollpastworthy”.

She is truly letting us in, bringing the sass and driving us more into the direction in how we can hold ourself as a high value woman. Enjoy Lovely!
