This Moment.
Enjoy Helen's invitation to simply allow yourself to stop. To let go of any intention, anything you feel that you have to do and of anything you want to become.
A stopping. Where everything just is. Allowing yourself to rest in this moment and to recognise where you already are-your place of wholeness.
Helen discusses her journey and these 3 ways of thinking that evolved when she was willing to look at and challenge what she was currently believing about Reality. She encourages us to be willing to question what thinking we are holding onto that might be holding us back.
In this Satsang, Helen answers questions on awakening and relationships. How does intimacy and awakening look in romantic relationships? How does it move in our family relationships? As awakening deepens for us, we will be asked to upgrade all our relationships to unconditional love.
You are not a form, subtle or tangible. No thought, emotion or experience can tell you about you! The whole realm of manifestation is playing inside you, the infinite Formlessness but they do not touch you. Letting go of looking for signs of progress or failure in our awakening from the realm of phenomena is freedom.
You are already free and have always been, this is true no matter that state our lives are in right now.
Non-duality means that which is not two, but when we recognize our formless nature, we can subtly begin to reject everything that makes us human and feel divided again.
In this Satsang excerpt, Helen urges us to go all the way and confirm that everything is the Self.
Can we ever really be at peace if we are waiting for our outer life to reflect back to us who we are? If we say that we will admit the Truth when we feel peace, joy and are experiencing the life that we want, it will never unfold that way.
Instead, we can take our stand now as the infinite Being and watch our life begin to agree with us . Right now, we are already the Self.
In this Satsang we look at how the problematic areas of our lives are those in which we tend to think in a very narrow way. We can allow some different ways of thinking and therefore allow abundance to flow if we can look at things differently.
We can ask the question "How would the infinite Self think about this?" to allow an openness and new thoughts to come in.
"In just a few minutes we came to see that we can perceive objects with our senses and mind and we can effortlessly switch to perceiving the intangible formless Self that is our fundamental nature. We didn't have to prepare or do some exercises to get ready. Effortlessly you perceived what you really are. When we don't try to choose form or formless we are free."
Join Helen Hamilton as she guides us through Self Inquiry to see our Buddha Nature. There is only one constant about ourselves and that is our real Being. Recognise what you really are and be free!
"What if this is the only thing awakened beings have done consistently? They brought their attention back to perceive the formlessness one more time than attention was habitually drawn to the mind. Then somehow, one day they forgot how to zoom in again to only one body and mind. Somehow along the way that ability just fell away." - quote from this Satsang.

What takes the time in our awakening? Can we shortcut it? The way that we think quite often holds us back and we may not often realise. We have 3 major view points that we hold onto and this slows down our awakening. Helen discusses these perspectives and how to move beyond them.
We can either experience our thoughts about ourselves or what we actually are. We cannot experience Reality and our thoughts at the same time. In this Satsang Helen guides us into a direct experience of the Essence of all things.
Some powerful self-inquiry in this Satsang as Helen takes questioners through searching for the "someone" who seems to be here. In the end we find there is only the Self.
At the end of all thoughts is That which is always free. Our Real Self is beyond bondage of identification or even liberation. All these are happening to the mind. You are free already even now.
How do we recognise what we really are? Can the mind or the body see the Infinite? Or is there something else seeing the Truth? In this Satsang Helen takes beings through some direct self-inquiry to find out the Truth. We work with the powerful question "Where am I?" to come to experience the Truth.
What is the densest part of the illusion? What is that keeps us going around in circles? Helen takes us deeper into the nature of illusion and its root in our beliefs. We are never suffering because we haven't awakened deeply enough yet. We are only ever suffering because we have forgotten we do not need to wake up. You are already free. All else is fiction. Resting as the stateless state of Now.
This is your safe haven. Your natural state.
Just being the space where body arises and thoughts come and go. All appearing in the space of your being.
Resting like this, what can disturb you?
How did the Sages become so convinced of who they are? What is that we can look at again and again to remove all doubt? In this Satsang, we answer this vital question.
Why does the mind talk so much? Can we find a new way to be with it? In this Satsang we look at how we can lovingly embrace the mind with the realisation that it is not talking to us! It is just talking, convinced that it has to help you awaken. Enjoy this powerful Satsang.
