This week Shan and Rob discuss the Victoria Marathon. It was a tough day as Shan went 3:58, her 2nd fastest time ever, but she shy of her ultimate goal of a sub 3:50. Shannon absolutely left it all out there and I could not be more proud of the effort she put forth on race day. They aren't all great, but it is through struggle where character is revealed - our girl never quit and can walk away proud with how she showed up. Tune in as we talk it all out. Thanks for all ...
