In this episode, I speak about IFS (internal family systems) a modality of therapy that I don’t know enough about but I’m currently studying and want to share my thoughts. I find in new age spirituality and many organized religions we tend to want to cast out our egos. But in reality, the very thing that we should be doing is welcoming in the defensive, cryptic, and or sad/mean parts of ourselves. When we can get a closer relationship with them, we can find out what wounded parts are being tripped and triggered. Listen to hear more:)
