Lalit Ahuja is the Founder and CEO of ANSR, one of India’s largest providers of Global Capability Centers. Over the past 2 decades, ANSR has helped set-up GCCs for Fortune 500 companies starting with Target in 2006 and expanding to the likes of FedEx, IKEA, Pepsi, Nike, Twitter among others. ANSR’s portfolio today spans over 120 clients with a 20% market share across 12 million square feet. Lalit completed his engineering from BITS, Pilani and followed it up with an MS in Computer science from IIT Bombay. He started his career in the Indian Navy, retiring as a lieutenant commander before founding ANSR in 2005.

Prior to this, Manish was associated for over 20 years with NJ India, one of the leading advisors and distributors of financial products and services in the country. During his time at NJ India, Manish helped about 12,000 B2B partners build their business and reach a scale of Rs. 50,000 crore in assets under management. Manish holds an MBA in Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Jayant heads the design services vertical for Colliers and has over 30 years of experience in design and architecture of several large-scale projects in India, Middle-east and Africa. Prior to Synergy (now Colliers) his experience includes landmark projects such as Burj-Al-Arab in Dubai and Canary Warf Phase III in London. Jayant also has been instrumental in spearheading international projects such as Vision City at Kigali, Rwanda and many other large-scale developments in India such as Smart City Kochi, Ozone Urbana, Embassy Edge, Oracle Tech Hub and many others. Jayant is an architect with a master’s degree in urban design from the School of Architecture, CEPT Ahmedabad.

He is a recognized leader in real estate law with over 13 years of experience across diverse and varied practice areas.
