In this special episode, we invited some of some of friends to share one tip for walking with God. These girls have poured so much wisdom into our lives, and we’ve learned so much from their faith, honesty, and consistency.
Let this episode be an encouragement to you—whether you’re deep in community or still searching for it. We want to remind you that building meaningful relationships takes time. It by no means happens overnight. But it’s worth it. Keep showing up. Keep reaching out. Keep pursuing God together.
We’re so thankful for each of these voices and pray that these tips leave you refreshed and inspired!

Welcome to another FILL UR CUP episode—our space to slow down, open Scripture, and spend intentional time with Jesus. We’re not theologians—just two friends learning as we go and inviting you to do the same.
In this week’s episode, Blakely shares from John 8 and the story of the woman caught in adultery. It’s a powerful picture of how Jesus loves us—with compassion that meets us where we are, and truth that calls us into something more.
Jesus didn’t shame her, but He also didn’t pretend her sin didn’t matter. He stood with her when everyone else walked away, and then said:
“Neither do I condemn you. Go and sin no more.”
That’s what real love looks like—steadfast and honest. It doesn’t excuse sin, and it doesn’t condemn. It stays, and it speaks.
We hope this conversation encourages you to come to Jesus just as you are—and to trust that He loves you enough to not leave you there.

In this bonus episode, Maia shares a surprising "But God" story that started with something small—a stolen pair of sunglasses—and turned into a big faith lesson. What seemed like just an everyday annoyance quickly became an opportunity to invite God into the middle of it.
This episode is more than a story—it's an encouragement to invite God into everything, even the little things. Whether it's lost items, daily frustrations, or big life challenges, there’s always room for a "But God" moment.
Don’t underestimate what God can do when you bring Him into the little things. Your obedience might just be the spark that changes your heart—or someone else’s.

Welcome to our new FILL UR CUP segments!
In these episodes, we take time to pause and fill our cup by opening the Word of God together. We’re not Bible scholars—just two girls learning as we go and sharing what God’s been teaching us, in hopes it encourages you to get into Scripture too.
In this episode, Maia and Blakely dive into Daniel 6 and the story of Daniel in the lions’ den. They talk about what it looks like to follow God with real intentionality—like Daniel did—even when it’s hard or uncomfortable.
This story is such a reminder that obedience doesn’t always lead to easy outcomes… but it does make space for God to move. Just when things looked over for Daniel, but God stepped in and did what only He could do. And He still does that today—not just here on earth, but for eternity.
We hope and pray this episode encourages you to speak BUT GOD over every area and decision in your life—and to know that it’s okay to wrestle, to ask hard questions, and to seek Him in all of it.
In this episode, Maia and Blakely open up about the ways they’ve missed the mark in friendship—starting with gossip and unhealthy communication. They share honestly about times they’ve talked about people instead of to them, avoided hard conversations, or prioritized keeping the peace over making things right.
Along the way, they reflect on Scriptures that have challenged and shaped them in this area:
“Blessed are the peacemakers…” (Matthew 5:9)
“If you have something against your brother, go to them…” (Matthew 18)
“A friend loves at all times…” (Proverbs 17:17)
“The tongue has the power of life and death…” (Proverbs 18:21)
“As far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” (Romans 12:18)
This isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about being honest, owning our part, and learning how to show up better for the people we care about.
Because let’s be real—none of us get this perfectly. But we can grow from our failures.

You’ll hear the story of how Blakely and Abby met, how Girls Who Gather was born, and what it takes to create spaces where women feel seen and supported. Abby also shares her journey of starting Parti Packs, lessons from business, and what it looks like to work hard while letting God lead.
If you’re craving deeper friendship, dreaming of starting something of your own, or just need a reminder that God’s in the details—this one’s for you.

This week, we’re following up Part 1 with what’s actually changed since we called ourselves out for being addicted to social media. We’re talking about the boundaries we tried, the ones that stuck, and how we’ve been filling our time with things that actually give life (instead of draining it).
We get into protecting your peace, killing comparison, and what it means to really guard your heart in a world that constantly wants your attention.
“Above all else, guard your heart…” — Proverbs 4:23
For anyone who’s been feeling the pull to unplug — or at least log off a little, this episode is for you.
*we typically put our instagram here, but in honor of this episode, just enjoy your day! dont worry about following us and we will see you later *maybe if you want*
This week, Maia and Blakely get honest about our generation’s complicated relationship with social media — and how it’s quietly taken over our free time. We’re talking about addiction, distraction, and what it really means to rest in a world that constantly wants our attention.
We open up about our own habits, the boundaries we’ve struggled to keep, and how we’ve seen social media desensitize us to real life, real rest, and even God’s voice. But this isn’t about deleting all your apps or living off the grid — it’s about learning how to be present and purposeful in the spaces we’re called to.
We also get into the deeper questions:
Is social media actually bad?
What do healthy boundaries even look like?
And maybe the most important one:
What do you fill your time with after you stop? Because scrolling less doesn’t matter if we’re not replacing it with something better — something real, grounded, and life-giving.
If you've ever opened Instagram out of habit, felt tired but still kept scrolling, or wondered if it’s time to re-evaluate your relationship with your phone — this one's for you. Stay tuned for part 2 coming out this Friday 9/19!

This week, Maia and Blakely are talking about what it really means to abide in God—through every season, not just the good ones.
We’re breaking down what “abide” actually looks like in real life, and how that shifts in different seasons:
Winter — waiting, stillness, and when life feels quiet or lifeless
Spring — new beginnings, growth, and learning to trust again
Summer — fullness, fruit, and staying present with God
Fall — letting go, surrender, and preparing for change
We share how we’ve experienced each of these in our own walks, what God has taught us through them, and how to stay grounded when life doesn’t look how you thought it would.
Scripture referenced in this episode:
Ecclesiastes 3:1 – "There is a time for everything..."
John 15:4 – "Abide in me, and I in you..."
Luke 10:38–42 – The story of Mary and Martha
Song of Songs 2 – "Arise, my love, my beautiful one, and come away..."

This week, Maia and Blakely get into all things breakups—being broken up with, breaking up with someone else, and all the confusing, emotional, sometimes cringey stuff in between. We’re sharing our own stories (yes, including the mistakes), talking about how to know when it’s time to end things, and what actually helps in the aftermath.
We also unpack the big questions: Is it normal to still miss someone even if you know it’s over? Should you stay in contact? How do you handle it when you’re the one being left? And how to hold close to your convictions rather than people’s opinions.
Whether it's fresh, in the past, or something you're still figuring out—this episode has something for you.

In today’s episode, MM closes the Psalm 23 series with the final line: “And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
David’s not just talking about a moment—he’s talking about a forever. A permanent place with God. A life lived under His care, both now and for eternity.
This episode is an invitation: Will you be a guest… or a resident? The Lord has made a way for you to dwell with Him, forever. All you have to do is choose Him.

In today’s episode, MM reflects on the final line of Psalm 23: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.”
After recounting how God has led, protected, and provided, David ends with confidence—God’s goodness and mercy are not temporary. They’re lifelong companions.
Even in hardship, David knew who he was walking with. This episode is a reminder that God’s kindness and love follow you too—right now, right where you are.

In today’s episode, Blakely reflects on what it means to say, “My cup overflows.”
David isn’t just saying that God provides—he’s saying God provides more than enough. The Lord doesn’t stop at “just enough to get by.” He pours out until our lives spill over with abundance.
But what does that really look like? And how do we experience it?
In this episode, Blakely shares her own story of going from spiritual emptiness to overflowing fullness. You’ll hear how this kind of abundance isn’t something we earn—it’s something we receive when we’re willing to empty ourselves of everything that doesn’t belong.
This episode is for anyone who feels drained, tired, or like they have nothing left to give. Be encouraged: God doesn’t just want to fill you, He wants to overflow through you.

In today’s episode, MM unpacks the meaning behind the phrase: “You anoint my head with oil.”
Anointing isn’t reserved for pastors, leaders, or the “super spiritual.” It’s for every believer. If you’ve accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, you are anointed.
But what does that really mean?
In this episode, MM shares how anointing is a gift from God—evidence of the Holy Spirit in your life—and how it’s not based on appearance, talent, or status, but on the heart. Drawing from David’s anointing in 1 Samuel 16, you’ll be reminded that God chooses differently than the world does. He doesn’t need a resume—He looks at the heart.
This is for anyone who’s ever felt unqualified, unseen, or unsure whether they’re “enough” for God’s purposes. Be encouraged: you don’t earn anointing—you receive it when you choose Him.

In today’s episode, MM explores the verse in Psalm 23: “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”
What does it mean that God sets a table for us while our enemies are still around? And what kind of table is it, really?
This episode is for anyone who feels like they have to “clean up” before they can meet with God—or anyone walking through anxiety, shame, or struggle. MM unpacks how this table is not stationary, not exclusive, and not dependent on your perfection. It’s always ready, always set, and always moving with you.
You’ll learn what it means to commune with God in everyday life—through worship, prayer, and simply showing up as you are. This table is not just about rest, it’s about relationship. And it’s available even in the middle of battle.
May you be encouraged to take your seat at the table today—just as you are.

In today’s episode, MM unpacks one of the most surprising lines in Psalm 23: “Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
These tools of a shepherd don’t look comforting at first glance—until you understand what they represent. The rod symbolizes God fighting for you. The staff shows His care to guide, correct, and reroute you when you're headed off path.
This episode is for anyone who feels like life is out of their control, or who needs a reminder that God is both protector and gentle guide. May you be comforted knowing He defends you and directs you—because He loves you.

In this episode, we continue our 14-day journey through Psalm 23 with one of the most intimate turns in the entire passage: “I will fear no evil, for you are with me.”
Blakely reflects on the shift in David’s voice—from talking about God to talking to Him. Why the change from “He” to “You”? Because something happens when you walk through the valley with God. There’s a deeper intimacy that can only be found in the hard places—where faith turns into firsthand experience.
Using a powerful metaphor from her own life (a parachute and a skydive!), Blakely unpacks what it looks like to move from belief in theory to trust in reality. It’s in the valley that we discover: the parachute opens. God really is who He says He is.
This episode is for anyone who feels like they’re walking through their own shadowy valley—through loss, uncertainty, fear, or pain. May this be a reminder that you're not alone. God doesn’t always remove the valley, but He always walks through it with us. That’s the promise.
“You are with me.” Don’t miss the intimacy in that today.

In this episode, we continue our 14-day journey through Psalm 23 with one of the most powerful and hope-filled verses in all of Scripture: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death...”
MM reflects on what it means that, because of Jesus, death is no longer something to fear — it’s just a shadow. Through the cross and the resurrection, Christ defeated death, and now we get to walk through the valley — not pitch a tent there.
This episode is for anyone who feels stuck in a hard season. If you’ve been camped out in the valley — in grief, fear, anxiety, or pain — may this be your reminder: you don’t have to stay there. You get to walk through it, with your Shepherd leading the way.

In this episode, Blakely continues our 14-day devotional journey through Psalm 23 by leaning into the verse: “For His name’s sake.”
What does it really mean that God leads us in righteousness for His name? Blakely unpacks how our lives can become a reflection of who He is — not because we have it all together, but because He’s the one leading.
This episode is an invitation to consider how others might see God through your life, even in the everyday moments. What an honor it is to walk with Him.

In this episode, Maia continues our 14-day devotional journey through Psalm 23.
We’re leaning into one of the most beautiful and humbling truths in Scripture: “He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” What if walking in righteousness isn’t about striving... but about resting first?
Maia shares her personal journey of realizing that before we’re led on the path of righteousness, our Shepherd first leads us to still waters and green pastures. This episode is an invitation to pause, to be restored, and to trust that God's leadership always begins with His love and care—not pressure to perform.
