We are diving in head first into finding ourselves, and being our truest and most authentic selves possible. During the past few years of my life I have always changed myself for others to fit what they needed out of me. Now in my mid 20's, I'm starting to realize that I am not me. Who am I? We are working on finding ourselves and finding what makes us, us.
Building self worth after years of damage done to our self esteem is very tough. It takes a lot of self work, recognizing where the traumas came from and building ourselves back up from a dark place. In this podcast we will touch on 6 different things you can do to work on your self worth and self esteem! We shy away from our looks and our aesthetic and focus on what truly matters - what's on the inside, and how valuable we truly are.
A lot of times we quit things before we even start them because we are scared of being brand new at anything in our lives. We are scared of failure and of others noticing that we may not be 100% perfect. Growth isn't possible without trying new things. Growth isn't possible without getting BETTER than you were before!
Break out of that comfort zone. It's OK to be a fool, we are all learning together.

Have you ever had one thing set your day off wrong? Then the next thing you know, you're spiraling down a negative staircase that keeps hitting you right in the forehead with every fall. The negative spiral is something that has affected my mental journey for a long, long time now and I think it's finally time to recognize it and see what we can do about it to keep us from falling. One bad moment or thought doesn't have to lead us down a path of hurt. As we grow, learn, journal and work through these moments we can begin a spiral up of positive thoughts and actions that will lead us to a better path. A better staircase.
