
Have you ever had one thing set your day off wrong? Then the next thing you know, you're spiraling down a negative staircase that keeps hitting you right in the forehead with every fall. The negative spiral is something that has affected my mental journey for a long, long time now and I think it's finally time to recognize it and see what we can do about it to keep us from falling. One bad moment or thought doesn't have to lead us down a path of hurt. As we grow, learn, journal and work through these moments we can begin a spiral up of positive thoughts and actions that will lead us to a better path. A better staircase.
