Jessica began her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she treated patients with substance use, dual diagnosis, and eating disorders, and discovered her passion for Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
Since returning to Houston in 2013, she has served in diverse leadership and clinical roles, including Behavioral Health Nurse, House Supervisor, ECT Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Nursing. Today, Jessica offers comprehensive psychiatric services, including medication management, while also serving as an advocate, educator, and therapist.
Known for her approachable demeanor and strong clinical skills, Jessica is committed to improving mental health care and empowering patients and families through personalized, compassionate support.

As the Chief Digital Officer at Seidlitz Education, Stephen drives development of language-rich digital resources for content-area teachers, including production of instructional technologies and, most notably, The Visual Non-Glossary (http://www.thevisualnonglossary.com). He is also the author of Teaching Science to English Learners with Tina Beene. Stephen also holds a PhD in Developmental Biology from Oxford University and a Masters in School Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word.
