Welcome to Let Them See You, the podcast that honors educators—the everyday heroes shaping futures with courage and heart. I’m your host, Sarah Hightower. This is your space to recharge, find joy, and embrace your power.
In this episode, we discuss the importance of checking in with ourselves mentally and emotionally. We talk about how we can only control our responses to what is going on in the world. We also have our next guest, Mrs. Jessica Johnson. Jessica Johnson is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of psychiatric experience. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults.
