In this meditation I talk about surrendering to creation itself. What is it that wants to be created through you? You will only know, once you start walking the way. And how do you know you are on the way to becoming yourself? Because it disappears (Rumi). Or, as Carl Jung put it: “If you see the way before you, you’re probably on someone else’s” ( “career”😅)
Listen or leave but: love. In any case :) 🫶
Much Love

In this short episode I share a mental model i crafted. The mantra: there are only ways to God.
There is no single way that would not lead to wholeness and pure love in the end.
The journey, the experience you are having right now is then - a gift. A gift you gave to yourself in order to experience yourself. So, what to do with that gift? Receive? Enjoy? What’s your way to treat that gift you gave to yourself.
As always: just take this, if it works for you. That’s the only relevant question for every teaching because there is not one single one that could be „wrong“.
Enjoy ❤️✨🫶
In this episode, i sit down with the iconic spiritual author Neale Donald Walsch. Having sold over 40 MIllion books, he was ready to gift a growing podcast like Joschka Talks with a true gift: his message, wisdom, love and presence. Listen to Neale talk about his message, which he not only keeps spreading since 30 years, but truly lives in his everyday actions. A gift to the world and a gift to the collective evolution as well as to countless individual journeys - Thanks a lot, Neale <3
In this episode I share the latest ( & oldest 👀) news from the Cosmos: you are being held and carried by God - not because you did something right, but because you ARE ! This is the greatest achievement already and everything that follows … well, wait for the playground metaphor 🥰😘
Much Love, hugs and all the Light in the Universe for you✨🫶❤️

What is the secret of self-love? How beautiful might it be to truly, deeply fall in love with yourself - not from a place of ego, but of freedom and compassion for the story (aka „person“) you have been inhabiting?
Joschka Talks is back with this dense episode.
Thank you for listening 🙏 🤗❤️✨
In this short intervention/meditation i talk about why Love is your work now and imagine together with you what happens, when we understand, that the most important thing in our lives isn't to be "productive", but loving (which is true, cosmic productivity ;) <3).

Close your eyes if you like. I am taking you on a small journey into the cosmic embrace that has been holding you all the time. The only thing we need to let go is the little story that leads us to believing we were not enough & that we have to (or even could 😅) control the whole thing.
Sneak Peak: laughter is part of the journey. Again. As Epictetus said: „If you can laugh about yourself, you never run out of reasons to laugh.“
A little philosophical & humorous practice in the art of letting go.
Welcome to the embrace, my friend 🤗✨🫶❤️

In this episode I laugh about the funniest fact in the universe, without which even laughter would be impossible. Join me for a good, quick session about laughter, love & god.
Peace ✌️ (&fun🪄)
What is Love?
In this episode I share my perspective on Love and how it connects to the relationship with ourselves.
If you don’t love yourself first, how would you be able to love another?
This question alone shows, how we’re dependent on loving ourselves first and in order to do that, we have to look at ourselves F.U.L.L.Y! And the good news about that is: we don’t have to be afraid to do so, because we carry a magic stick, that we have always had and that we can use in any difficult situation, specially with ourselves :)
Enjoy & find out about that magic stick of yours :)

Christmas episode ✨ this is quite packed and since I myself discovered a few of these arguments only while speaking, it might be a bit challenging (though rewarding) to fully follow me through this one.
However, if you make it, you’ll get a relatively clear understanding of why you are gods love itself.
Peace & Love

In this episode i expand on why God is obviously back, talk about my latest insight, which goes along the lines of "all this time we thought we had to do something" and ending with a guided meditation.
Perfect for when you are comfortable and able to relax, listen fully & close your eyes. Thank you for listening & have a wonderful day=)
In this episode i talk about a technique i call "Recognizing the gifts".
Happiness, abundance and fulfillment are not dependent on external factors but can be regarded as a skillset, that we can develop and apply immediately.
An aphorism to remind myself of this is the following:
" Whenever you are unhappy, you are wrong."
You are simply looking at the wrong information aka looking at things from to wrong perspectives. Oftentimes it makes sense to turn a thing a little bit to see it from the right perspective and discover the gift it carries. This is specially true for difficult life situations.
If we use the tool of our mind to change the story we tell ourselves about the world, we literally change everything. And the beautiful thing about mastering this skill is: everything then becomes a gift.
Would you say yes to spending the rest of your life unpacking gifts? Would be worth a try, wouldn't it?
Thanks for tuning in and in case no one hast told you today already: you are a gift too! Thank you for being here with me =)

In this episode, i expand a little about societal definitions of success and how they might actually be traps, guiding us to climbing a whole wrong mountain in life. How to make sure you're climbing the right mountain and how to become truly successful is something that we can not talk enough about, since it's such a central term of our culture. What is true success? For me, true success comes from inside and is in reach in every moment. After accomplishing the inner success of loving & being ourselves, success on the outside will become a matter of play. How to get to any form of success according to my personal experiences as well as robust studies from high-ranking institutions will also be shared in this episode. Thank you for your attention.
In this podcast I expand a little on what I feel is the important difference between virtues and morality, why healing is not only a political thing but the most important political thing to do and why you are beautiful.

In this episode I expand a little on an encounter I had with a successful business person, who quit her job because of a lack of purpose. I try to line out what I see as a prerequisite for outer purpose: inner purpose. Which is actually found in knowing ourselves. What may or may not come through on the outside then as a creation can be inspired by true joy & creativity instead of fear. However, what we truly seek can not be found on the outside. So, maybe we should stop looking in the wrong places? :)

In this podcast, I talk about a question that I couldn’t answer in a satisfying way for a long time: who am I? Instead of identifying with a more or less random story of a „person“ we can take a step back and become consciousness, which is actually what is asking the question.
We are consciousness on a fun ride we call human existence.
In this episode I talk about our old programming that keeps us in a state of fear, lack and urgency. And I give a perspective on how to turn this conditioning into one of love, peace, gratitude and creativity. This lifetime is a canvas that wants to be transformed into our own artwork, into an expression of greater love & intelligence. Let’s go! :)
