What is Love?

In this episode I share my perspective on Love and how it connects to the relationship with ourselves.

If you don’t love yourself first, how would you be able to love another?

This question alone shows, how we’re dependent on loving ourselves first and in order to do that, we have to look at ourselves F.U.L.L.Y! And the good news about that is: we don’t have to be afraid to do so, because we carry a magic stick, that we have always had and that we can use in any difficult situation, specially with ourselves :)
