We are certainly connected to an incredible amount of information.  Of course, this can mean both positive and negative outcome results.  One example I describe in this broadcast is TED Talk, which I am suggesting as a valuable learning resource available on-line, a collection of video presentations (variety of topics), and free to watch.  Following this, I present an Accordion Solo, composed, performed and recorded by me this week, entitled:  Could it be?

Our Brain needs time to decode and strengthen new connections.  In other words, be gentle to your brain and body, by providing breaks and adequate rest.  Then, I present a piece of music, composed, performed and recorded by me this week, using the Roland V-Accordion, entitled:  Cleaning.

Does the study of music theory help one to improve and develop their music-performing?  Following my thoughts about this theme, I present an accordion solo piece, composed, performed and recorded by me this week entitled:  Remarkable Discovery.

Where do you find motivation that inspires you to work, study, or practice music?  This week, the drum loops included on a drum machine inspired me to compose a new piece of music, using the Roland V-Accordion.  There are so many sources of motivation that will help to guide your changing interests to learn and move forward with a sense of accomplishment and success.  Then, I present a new piece of music, entitled:  Samples of Shifting Moods.

It's challenging to update and keep current.  In addition, how do you interpret and navigate all the information that comes your way, daily?  Following this I present a new Accordion solo piece, composed, performed and recorded by me this week, entitled:  Transition to Autumn.

R. Murray Schafer has been and continues to influence me and my work in music education and music performing.  This brief sharing about this Canadian Treasure is followed by a new piece of music, using the Roland V-Accordion, composed, performed and recorded this week, entitled:  Wandering Purpose.
