I notice that my playing is better when I am a bit more physically fit - I walk, exercise, and in particular, do a bit more weightlifting.  There is so much involved with making music:  the concentration, the artistry, and physical activity is also an important feature and requires attention.  Following my talk, please listen to an accordion solo piece I composed, performed and recorded for this broadcast this week, entitled:  Ready To Dance.
