Stop Worrying & Start Living
Personally, I really wanted to talk about this topic because I feel as though I lot of people out there suffer from worrying. What’s so frustrating is that I do as well & what makes it even worse is that we all worry about the things we have no control over.
Remember to “Check in with yourself, try in check in with your self at least once a day, it doesn't have to be morning, lunch, dinner but make time in the day for you - because you need it. Remind yourself to live in the present, as hard as it may sometimes. Be present in every moment, because there is a big difference between living in the moment & living through the moment & if something that you’re worried about doesn't affect you in 5 years, immediately drop it & give it zero energy & attention.
